But this week I broke a million on Pacman. Played on Wolfmame, 3 lives, difficulty normal. Roughly screen 85, game time about an hour and a half.
Rather pleased with myself

Good stuff! Where does that put you in the rankings?
Not sure really, the Twin Galaxies site has been down for a while....There arent a lot of people in the world able to get such a score, but there are 5 or 6 people who have scored the theoretical maximum score, the "perfect pacman", which is not going to be possible for me. Whilst I will be able to get to the split screen, as the pattern from the 9th key onwards is exactly the same for every screen on, I basicaly use survival up to that 9th key, rather than point scavenging, as I am just not good enough to get that 1600 on every power pellet up to then.
I would estimate I could get around maybe 3.2 million, whereas the maximum possible is about 3.3.
Congrats dude, quite the achievement. Still not sure why I keep you around on my leaderboards, ruining my life...
now my mum was never a gamer but I remember watching her in awe as she looped the score on pacman on the 2600
