I love hot sauce/chilli sauce.
tbh though it can be a bit hit & miss finding a good one.
last years good food show, almost every sauce/flake vendor claimed their's was the hottest in the world.
after tasting, there were huge differences. I've got some pretty hot flakes from Borough Market recently. One sand grain sized spec made my tongue hot for 10 minutes. The mrs thought her mouth was on fire..lol.
that particular one is naga jolokia powder. also got some chile habanero, but i don't think that's as hot.
A friend keeps browsing stalls whenever she goes to markets etc and keeps bringing me ones I've never heard of. Think you will all recognise them after reading this thread.
Blairs After Death
Ass Blaster
100% Pain
Also got some Tabasco Habanero with a 200,000 rating. This is excellent to pop in a chilli to add extra heat.
Hmm, I'm fancying a kebab tonight now with some hot shit added
On a side note, normally when ordering a curry, I go for the hottest I can get my hands on as they are never really as hot as I would hope, but got taught a lesson at one in Worksop last year. Ordered their Phall and fuck me I was sweating like a priest in a playground.
After reading this thread I went and bought some Dave's sauce 'ghost chilli' edition.
I just had the smallest amount and it gave my tongue and throat plenty of heat!! Still very warm 30 mins later.
A tea spoon of it would of been too much for me!
After reading a bit, they're the same...naga jolokia/ghost chilli has a few other names too.

Hottest in the world apparently...That explains the hot tongue..lol
I love to sprinkle it over tuna mayo...
I'll put a few dorset nagas in the post if anyones brave enough to eat one
I'd love one as well (happy to pay p&p of course).
Pm me your addresses I'll get them in the post tomorrow. Don't worry about the postage. You should take a look on youtube though there's a handful of vids of people eating them for a laugh
I bought some dried ghost chillis (bhut jalokas I think is the right name) off ebay - u get about 5 in a packet all dried up so u just rehydrate them with water - they r supposedly the hottest in the chilli in the world and are different as they get hotter as time passes. I experimented by chopping one in hald then cutting that half into 3 bits and giving it to my 15 yr old son and his mates.
My son ate around 2 massive cartons of ice cream to try and stop the pain, his mate burst into tears he was in so much pain and drank so much milk he vomited it though his nose - the other lad just ran out the house and we didnt see him again for a day.
So I was impressed with them all in all - the guy on the eBay who sells them is called the chilli jam man if anyones interested.
EDIT:
Heres a youtube vid of someone eating one..
