Isn't there a death penalty in Uganda for being gay? If so, then this article may be more sinister than it appears. Get the people worried about a gay rape gang on the prowl so that they report any "strange" behaviour to the police thus helping authorities round up all the gays up for execut1on.

They dropped the death penalty for life in prison due to I think pressure from the west. Obviously if your in prison you wont be having bum sex..... right?
