    Info Cash for phones sites

    Guys,

I changed the home button on my misses IPhone 4 and the screen stopped working, sent it to Gav (Mobileman) and I knocked a surface component off the board.

So Mazuma will offer £80 working but it's not of sorts, powers on, lights up but you'll get no reaction from the screen.

Question is how stringent are Mazuma on checking if the phone works or not.

Battery is goat so I'm hoping they plug it it, see it charges and turns on and leave it at that.

    Anyone say otherwise.

Depends on how long they charge the goat for really dunnit.

I reckon they are pretty thorough.
I have heard stories of them returning handsets when they aren't satisfied with them.
I recommend SellMyMobile.com over Mazuma too BTW.

A mate sent a working 4S to Mazuma with the promise of £150 for it. Once they received it they said it was covered in scratches and the best they would offer was £80. He said no (I know it wasn't scratched as it was only a week old!) and they then said he could have it back for an admin fee of £50 or similar. Not the only story I've heard like this. Steer clear is my advice. Sell it on ebay as spares and someone will buy it for decent money. Be honest in your description like your OP.
