Help photo compression ( something like the old picture manager for office)

    Guys

im looking for some free software that will allow for batch photo compression like office picture manager used to.
my work laptop has office 2013 on it, and as I take lots of work related photos for reports, I currently have no way of compressing them for email sending etc.
I don't want to have to use something like word all the time to do it.

picture manager was perfect for my needs, I've tried a few on CNET, but they have either been shite, or only allow for one photo at a time..

    can you assist???
