Can I just say (you maybe know this already) but unless you have an autoclave to sterilise those tubes you should really bin them and get disposables.
Baby sterilisers or boiling don't kill everything... like Staphylococcus, which is the cause of most tattoo infections, and of course it's variant MRSA.
