    Attention Appetite Suppressant???

I'm turning out to be a fat shit at the minute. Health issues forcing me not to be as active as I would like. Yes I know, that's no excuse. I had lost half my body weight once and kept it of for years, but with one thing or another I'm back to the start. What I want to know any of u guys use Appetite Suppressant? Just want a bit of a kick starter.

Have you looked at the 5 2 diet? You eat what you like for 5 days and for 2 days you are only allowed 600 calories, I have lost over 2 stone since end of January and it has good health benefits.

I've just passed 3.5 stone lost and whilst most of that is purely exercise, raspberry ketone pills seem to help. You do burp raspberry flavour for ages though lol.

Don't get the weak holland and barrett ones, I've found the protein workshop ones to be excellent and great value.

    Not what you asked... But...

Switch to a Vegan diet for 4 days a week. That will help the weight drop off.

Ive tried a few that bodybuilders recomend, i have 50+ left, i cant remember the ingredients but can find out, i suffer with anxiety pretty bad and they were full of caffeine which made my anxiety 10x worse, so the last thing on my mind was eating, gave me a little whizz dick to till they wore off, welcome to try some if you like,

    Thanks to PlauGE

    For those asking I use
    http://www.theproteinworks.com/raspb....html?___SID=U

600mg per pill. A lot of the ones you'll see on nutrition sites are 100mg

I haven't noticed any issues digestive or otherwise other than the raspberry flavour burps !

I also take the odd caffeine pill (from the same site) but I only think they're any good if you're doing an activity. They help you do it quicker. If you take them when idle they make you jittery.

You can't eat what you like. You still have to be reasonable. I lost 21lbs using it though so it does work.

What I ment was you can eat normally, not pig out and it has other health benefits too. IMO it's better than popping pills

What I find with the ketone tabs is I feel less hungry in general but particularly I find I crave sweet things less. If I have a few days off them (usually because I've forgotten about them), I start nibbling on chocolate/biscuits etc.

I haven't noticed any side effects.
