Hi folks! Total newcomer to all of this map thing so please, have patience with me!

Basically my uncle has kindly donated his old One XL to me (which I thought was nice of him!) only to find out the maps are from probably like 2002 or something like that! LOL

Could someone spare a few minutes and explain what I need to do and where to go and give a guy a helping hand please? Yes I've read up on the other posts but I think I must just be a bit dumb cus quite frankly, I don't really get it :-(

oh, btw, a mate of mine said to try his old tomtom ONE card... made sense as both are a ONE unit? am I right on that? anyway, popped round to his, tried it, it never worked so now even more confused! lol

why not look at main board then move your eyes down to where it says introduction section. trying to be a clever dick on your first posts wont get you any help.

whilst in the intro section best advice is see how others have succeeded and you will notice how a lot have not

OMG really? you seemed to find the section you wanted to leech from easy enough but reading the rules, checking your joining PM and finding the intro section were all too dificult. Then having arguement with Mods, I am surprised you you menage to stay long enough to read this.
