    Default Mcdonalds Hamburgers don't age!

Things that are made from organic material age and decay, especially when they stop being alive. A piece of home-baked bread, say, left on your kitchen counter, will get moldy relatively fast. Lord knows what some ground beef would smell like after a week. But the artist Sally Davies has been photographing one McDonald's hamburger and fries every day for 137 days. They look basically exactly the same.

    Here is Day 1:

    Here is Day 94:

Here is Day 137, which actually looks like things have improved in the 43 days since the picture above:

Far be it from me to tell you what to eat, but I am pretty sure your stomach can't break that down any better than the mold and microbes in the air. Check out the whole progression HERE.

Urgh. The breads not even moldy. WTF do they put in it to stop that i wonder?

Good point, thats why I dont eat McDonalds, the burgers are poor quality and the bread is obviously from another universe.

The last time I ate at McDonalds I was wearing a paper party hat and singing the Ronald McDonald birthday song. I much prefer Burger King (so please don't post any dirt on them ).

I think this is an anti-macdonalds hoax. The chips change positions, and she should have filmed it as art and taken stills if necessary. I don't like Macdonalds but something seems untrue about this claim.

I thought if you were to leave bread out it would just go hard, shitty and stale, not mouldy?

30 seconds in the microwave and it'll be as tasty as new.

Yeah but to be fair that was only the other week. You really shouldn't be doing that any more since the restraining order!

The pics are false. The guy who done the supersize me documentary tried this and although after about a year the chips didn't decay what so ever the burger became a moudly sludge after about 2 weeks.

Yeah agree, in those pictures the bun changes the orientation showing its been messed with. Maccy D buns do get mould because I've had one served to me and had to take it back.

It will only stay like in those pictures if kept in a very dry atmosphere since to rot, things need moisture (think freeze drying for long term storage).

    Obviously an anti-macs propaganda.

At the end of the day we all know Mac's aint the healthiest of foods, after all this time they would have gone out of business if people didn't want to eat it.
